Brooklyn Alsobrook and Maxwell Phillips.
A witness saw “two males dressed in black” running from the murder scene.
I suspect their clothes weren’t the only thing that was black.
The bottom line is that when a white girl dates a negro, she opens herself up to danger from multiple fronts – especially if she slept with other negroes in the past.
Two people found dead in Gulfport overnight in a double homicide have been identified.
Harrison County Deputy Coroner Brian Switzer says Maxwell Phillips, 31 of Gulfport, and Brooklyn Alsobrook, 18 of Sweeny, Texas, were killed in the shooting.
Officers first received a call around 12:25 a.m. Wednesday about shots being fired in the 3000 block of 8th Avenue, right off Pass Road near Central Elementary School. Police say when they arrived at the property, they found Phillips and Alsobrook suffering from gunshot wounds.
Medical personnel were called to the scene, pronouncing both victims dead.
Todd King lives just yards away from the scene. He was headed out to his car for a late night gym workout when he heard gunshot.
“It was pop pop pop real, real fast,” he exclaimed.
And then he saw two males dressed in black running south away from the home.
“They ran right across the porch and down, and then they hit that fence, and they were gone,” he said.
Gulfport Police spent four hours canvassing the area looking for evidence. No suspects have been named at this time.
