While sheboons rarely commit premeditated murders against whites, they do seem rather prone to crashing into us on the road and then fleeing the scene as though nothing happened.
A 28-year-old woman was arrested Wednesday in connection with a deadly hit-and-run that happened one week ago.
Lincoln police announced the arrest of Jessica Lynn Jordan. The Talladega woman was booked into the Talladega County Jail at 10:15 a.m. and remains held without bond.
The crash happened about 5:10 p.m. June 12 on Alabama Highway 77 near the intersection of Speedway Boulevard. The victim was identified as 41-year-old Donald Edward Carroll of Pell City.
Alabama State Troopers over the weekend released images of a possible suspect vehicle. It was a gray or greenish-gray Nissan Altima with heavy front-end damage. At that time, troopers said the car was last seen eastbound on Interstate 20 near milepost 167.
Lincoln police said they received numerous tips from the public that led to Jordan’s arrest. Additional details aren’t being released at this time.
Jordan is charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving a death, which is a felony.
